@CharterWitten Glad to have looked at it again, but this same story I hearing in late September when it stopped; tech came said signal fine.
And yes, having better cell service than cable Internet was one of the reasons I turned down @Charter’s offer.
The irony of today being the day @Charter offered me free phone service so I could see benefits of backup to my cell phone isn’t lost on me.
Coming home to a lack of @Charter Internet is becoming a bit too regular an occurrence for my taste.
